One trip across the the harsh deserts of the Gulf is enough to begin the cycle of sand erosion and metal corrosion on even the toughest vehicles. You see in this series of actual photographs the sand erosion and subsequent corrosion on a Gulf specified Landcruiser. The sand has eroded the factory applied protective coating to the underbody of the vehicle exposing bare metal to corrosion and rust. The pictures show the process we follow to repair this damage. Firstly, we remove the corrosion from the metal before priming and sealing the surfaces. Lastly, we apply several coats of our unique ultra-durable protective polymer coating.At Cars Protection we offer an express overnight service, at no extra charge, minimising the off road time for your vehicle.
